Aquaverse is a vision to reconnect people with nature by combining ecology, blockchain and gaming.
The goal of the young and innovative French start-up is to clean up the oceans through the aquaculture of marine sponges. Sponges are small underwater water filtration factories. The “filters” are marketable and suitable as sustainable alternatives for thermal insulation, agrotextiles, textiles, hygiene pads, facial sponges and natural shower sponges. With the participation and active support of the Aquavers community, ecological needs of our planet will be connected via the carbon neutral blockchain technology ‘Elrond’.
The founders are mostly from the Parisian suburbs. Their entrepreneurial profile and desire
to make a difference brought them together. Aquaverse is based in Paris.
The Aquaverse team embarks on an adventure to discover the fauna and flora of our oceans.
